The community we work and live in plays an extremely important role in minimizing the overall threats and hazards that we're exposed to on a daily basis. That is why we encourage community support and participation where homes or structures are built close to one another and have limited setbacks from their neighbors.  Some examples would be residential tract developments, mobile home parks, condominium/townhouse complexes and/or industrial parks.
